PROVISION OF SITE SECURITY SERVICES FOR 2018

The Ministry of Public Infrastructure invites Bid proposals to provide the Security Services: Baton Security Personnel at Four (4) of its locations.

Description

The scope of the Services to be provided includes Baton Security Personnel at 4No. of the Ministry of Public Infrastructure locations in Georgetown. The estimated implementation period of the Services is 12 months. Service Provider will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Procurement Act of 2003. 1. Interested Security Firms may obtain further information at Address 1 below during office hours: Monday to Thursday, between 0900 to 1600 hours and Friday, between 0900 to 1500 hours, from Tuesday, February 13, 2018. A complete set of the bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders at address (1) below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Guyana Dollars (GY$2,000) from Tuesday, February 13, 2018. The method of payment will be cash, or by cheque payable to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Infrastructure, Guyana. Bids must be delivered to Address 2 below not later than 0900 hours on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, after which the bids will be opened in a public ceremony in the board room of the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board.
